This isn't an operator job. We want a real editor and filmmaker, because the craft is what makes the AI good. You need to know why a scene isn't working, where the cut should land, how a shot should move. That instinct is what turns a usable frame into a great one — and AI can't hand it to you.
If you've got the eye, we can meet you partway on the AI side and help you ramp. But the eye has to already be there. That, we can't teach.
